Tips for smooth playback on any device
Use a wired connection where you can
An Ethernet cable (or an Ethernet adapter on Fire TV) is usually more stable than Wi-Fi for 4K and FHD channels.
Keep the device updated
Install system updates on your TV or streaming stick before setting up the app. Older software can cause playback problems.
Match quality to the screen
4K channels only look better on a 4K screen. On phones and smaller TVs, FHD or HD channels use less bandwidth.
